What is ALT and ELT?

Assisted Lymphatic Therapy (ALT) or sometimes called Electro-Lymphatic Therapy (ELT) is a gentle technique that stimulates the proper flow and drainage of the lymphatic system with the XP2 machine. This method is also called Electro Lymphatic Therapy.

The Lymphatic System works with the immune system, but in our modern world toxins from our environment often compromise this wonderful process. Stress, injury, illness, aging and diet often contribute to a sluggish and congested lymphatic flow. The lymph which is meant to be a watery substance can turn thick and cause blockages. As a consequence chronic inflammation and disease may occur.

The XP2 machine is a light touch modality that can be used as a preventive therapy or to address existing issues.

This device contains hand blown glass probes containing rare noble gases (argon, xenon and krypton) to devitalize bacteria, viruses, etc. The XP2 delivers a frequency specific signal that stimulates the lymphatic system.

In a session, you will lie on the massage table while the practitioner gently passes the two wands slowly over your skin while directing the lymphatic flow towards your lymph nodes. The vibration and pulsating light from the technology breaks up congestion and then allows for waste to evacuate.

In turn, the restored, free flow of lymph helps the immune system send oxygenated, and nutrient-filled cells to fight off any virus or inflammation found in the body.
